COURT RESERVATION SYSTEM REGULATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This regulation was passed by the \u03bd\u03cc\u03bc\u03b9\u03bc\u03ae majority of the board.P. of the Association.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For every amendment to or modification of provisions of this regulation requires a decision of the court.P. A.P.A.Th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The members of the Association, the athletes, the parents and guardians of athletes and general users of the land must accept these rules of procedure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exercise in the field about online booking with conditions and terms as follows <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Right to use the land of A.P.A.Th. only the athletes who participate in the training sessions of the Association and the financial obligations aware of their obligations towards the Association and coaches. Athletes who do not participate in the workouts you don't have the right of use of the land during the hours where this is conceded in accordance with the respective agreements with the Municipality of Alimos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The available hours for reservation of land shown in the electronic reservation system. Possible additions or reductions of these hours are displayed automatically in the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Each athlete has the right to one (1) active book every week. In case of non-detention this week, he has the ability to make a reservation for the next. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The right of detention is renewed after 22:00 Sunday for the upcoming week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The electronic system displays the available hours for reservation of the particular player. In the event that any time does not appear available, means that a criterion for the player has been deleted. (e.g., the player already has a reservation) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Players are required in the event of a change in a match to declare the new names in the book. (This can be done by cancelling the original book and creating a new one) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Cancellation of a game can be made up to four (4) hours prior to the inception of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the opposite case, the initially designated exercisers in the book lose the right of detention for the next week. In the case of recidivism, the penalty is doubled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The time to exercise on the tennis courts of A.P.A.Th. is one (1) time regardless of whether the exercise is referred to in a single or double game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Once the time has expired for the exercise of sportsmen as indicated in the electronic reservation system, shall be required to immediately stop the exercise and to withdraw from the field, thus facilitating the proper fulfilment of the programme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 In case the time for the exercise, and there are no expectant athletes of the club, the exercise time can be extended until the arrival of the next.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Exercisers may invite non-members (hospitality \u2013 guest) up to 1 time per month.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Exercisers can do, and more from a book as long as the available time to be labelled \u2018Free book\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An available time acquires this ability 3 hours before the start of the. Then the athlete who was already on another book sees available at the time <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of a planned to conduct matches all the fields available in the games and the system of reservation of land will be operated with restrictions. The athletes will be informed by a notice at least one week in advance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This regulation is subject to change at any time decided by the board.P. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
